What is an R&R?A revise & resubmit decision means that the editors are asking you to make changes to your manuscript — these suggestions are often laid out in the decision letter itself.
You’ll be notified of the journal's decision via the notifications bell, the editors also have the option of sending you an email to notify you about their decision, or you can go to "My Manuscripts", then "Manage submission" to determine its status.
How do I submit my revised manuscript?
To submit your newly revised manuscript you can either click the prompt on the notification megaphone or navigate to My Manuscripts > then click "Manage Submission" on the manuscript that has been given the Revise and Resubmit decision. Once you're on your manuscript details page, click "Submit a revised manuscript".
