How do I change the person managing an institutional account?
There are four steps to updating the manager of an insitutional account:
- Log in to your institutional account.
- Click User Settings.
- Enter the new name and email address.
- Click Update
A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. The new account manager must click Confirm my account to complete the changes.
If necessary, also update the institutional contact email under Institution Information:
