Can I create a separate account for students?

Yes. Your institution can create multiple accounts. Simply create two separate accounts, each with a different name (e.g. "University Law School" and "University Law School – Students") and different login credentials. Each account can then be managed independently, including the list of sponsored authors and the preferred billing method.
