What do my authors need to do in order to claim their institutional sponsorship?

In order to claim their sponsorship, authors must signup for Scholastica using the same email address you've provided.

If you have sponsored an author by email address, your author will immediately receive a brief notification email:

For convenience, authors may click "Claim your sponsorship now" which will redirect them to the signup page with the correct email address pre-populated.

NOTE: No emails are sent when sponsoring authors by domain name.

Resending the signup instructions email

If, for any reason, an author having trouble claiming their sponsorship, you can easily resend confirmation instructions. From your dashboard, click "Manage subsidized authors" and then click "Send Signup Instructions" for the appropriate author:
